Made with locally grown barley and single-distilled at atmospheric pressure (making it Honkaku shochu) to preserve the flavor of its essential ingredients,Further maturation in oak barrels adds layer and flavour to the original spirit.Fresh fruit, muscadines, lychees, almost like fresh sparkling white wine with a hint of sweetness.Palate: Initially sweet with fresh mint, cream soda, grains and spices such as cloves and cardamom, with a hint of oak and dark chocolate on the back.
