As all kinds of banquets are generally booked earlier, we provide free stocking services for up to 90 days, and you can choose a designated delivery date at the checkout page.
Some hotels require guests to attach a hotel-specific Delivery Note, which can be handed over to customer service colleagues and attached to the outside of each box.

To change the delivery address/delivery date, the customer needs to notify the customer service 5 working days before the specified delivery date. If no change notice is received, delivery will be carried out as usual.
If typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted on the delivery day, black rainstorm warning, road closures, strikes or any circumstances beyond Wine Wine's control, the delivery service time may be delayed, and colleagues will contact the customer to change the delivery date. (Recommended delivery 1-3 days before the big day)
In the event of any dispute, Wine Wine has the final decision and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by any delay in delivery.
