Domaine Arnaud Baillot Bourgogne Aligoté is a vibrant and classic expression of Burgundy's historic Aligoté grape. Produced by a rising star estate, this wine offers excellent value and a pure, refreshing taste of the Côte d'Or. 

Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with only 10% new oak to preserve the grape's freshness and purity. The domaine exclusively uses barrels from François Frères (the cooperage for DRC) and Chassin, ensuring the highest quality. 

Aroma: Green apple, lemon zest, and delicate white flowers 

Palate: Crisp and refreshing with a lively, vibrant acidity that awakens the palate. It shows a good balance with hints of stone fruit and a subtle mineral backbone
