Chateau Billeron Bouquey

Origin: France - Saint Emilion
Variety: Merlot , Cabernet Franc
Volume: 750ML

The wine comes from ripe grapes with an average age of 30 years, of which 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.The aging process lasts 12 to 18 months and takes place in new oak barrels in the (Saint Emilion) Grand Cru.

It displays a deep purple color with floral and fresh fruit aromas and exotic spice aromas.On the palate it is soft and round, with hints of black plum, black cherry, cedar and cardamom, supported by smooth and polished tannins.The finish is long and the woody notes linger.
