The winery is located in the Valmur Grand Cru, one of the seven Chablis areas of the Chablis Grand Cru, covering an area of 10.5 hectares. The slope faces south to west sunshine. Due to this special terrain, the grapes have sufficient sunlight and late ripeness. The special Kimmeridgian marl soil highlights the unique terroir of Chablis, showing perfect balance and aging. The potential is 10 to 12 years.After the wine wakes up slightly, there will be a fragrance of flowers; after warming up, a soft citrus aroma develops in the mineral flavor, and there is a gentle creaminess. In the brewing process, old oak barrels are used for fermentation. The wine is golden yellow, pure, and has the aroma of toasted bread. Pineapple and ripe grapefruit are intertwined, refreshing and harmonious as a whole, and the oak barrel flavor is not too prominent.
