A refined Glenfiddich whisky, aged for 22 years in traditionalsherry oak, before finishing in very rare Palo Cortado sherrycasks. Only these rare sherry casks are selected for finishing, eachhand-marked with an X for their unique character.The result is a vibrant whisky with a deep red hue. Pulsing withsumptuous notes of date, dark chocolate and raisins on the nose,while deep oak and sweet vanilla swirl on the tongue. Allculminating in a finish which brings together evocative notes ofsubtle citrus and rich fruitcake, for a truly expressive dram.Certain occasions live eternally in the memory, marked foreveras truly special.
