Hans Baer Rivaner Graubugunder Trocken

Origin: Germany
Variety: Rivaner / Pinot Gris
Alc: 12% Alc.
Volume: 750ML

When they are at their peak ripeness, the grapes for Rivaner Pinot Gris are harvested especially quickly during the coolest time of the day to preserve their aroma. After harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the crushing plant. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, it is aged on fine lees for several months before final bottling.

Fruity aroma of green apple and pear. Dry, soft and full-bodied with aromas of yellow apple and a slightly nutty finish.
