Nikka Coffey Grain Japanese Whisky

COFFEY is a personal name. Frenchman Aeneas Coffey invented the continuous still in 1831. Later, it was the most commonly used distillation technology for various spirits. Grain whiskey in Scotch whiskey is made using this technology. Simply put, it uses a single still. Switching to a continuous still to make malt whiskey creates NIKKA COFFEY Grain WHISKY.

Aroma: Bourbon-like vanilla and corn notes, with a light herbaceous note of chamomile.

Palate: Sweet melon, grapefruit and thick syrup notes, balanced by crunchy biscuit and fresh vanilla.

Finish: There is a fruity citrus aroma lingering in the throat.
