80% aged in old Olo Russell sherry casks and 20% in bourbon casks. When this dark brown color comes into view, the first thing that strikes the nose is the rich and sweet flavor of the sherry barrels used for aging. The moment the cork is opened, the aroma of all the sherry barrels overflows. Lots of fruity and sweet caramel too. Full and rich taste
