Hakushu single malt whisky is fresh and fruity. The taste is just the opposite of Yamazaki and Hibiki,Brewed with famous water from Oshirakawa in the Southern Alps, fermented with natural lactic acid bacteria, and placed in a storage tank in the forest,With a sweet fruity aroma, it gives a refreshing taste. The "Hakushu" distillery is surrounded by forests and is known as the "distillery in the forest".The expression of Hakushu's sense of smell and taste is completely different from that of Yamazaki and Yoichi, highlighting the creamy texture,As well as the aroma of fresh flowers and similar tropical fruits, the overall style is very beautiful, the most oriental flavor of small fresh Japanese whisky.
